Because our coffee is freshly roasted and considered a food product, all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns of coffee items.

That said, we’re committed to making things right if there’s an issue with your order.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • incorrect (wrong product, roast, or grind)

  • missing items

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
